Refund Policy

A refund is possible if the User's request is not fulfilled due to the fault of the Administration. The refund is made on the basis of an application in a free
form sent to the Administration to the email address: info@lingvistek.kz, which should contain an indication of the reason why the request, in the User's opinion, was not fulfilled, as well as the details and the desired method of refund.

"The deadline for considering an application for a refund is 5 working days. The refund is made to the same bank card from which the payment was made. The refund of funds to the card is carried out within 5 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank that issued the bank card."

The refund is made automatically.
Sending an application for a refund of funds is possible no later than 8 (eight working days) from the date of sending the request.
